• Legendary and mythical Pokémon now reroll their shiny odds to a flat 1% any time Cobblemon calculates shininess, covering all spawn sources from world spawns to special events.
• Added a global /pokeshout <slot> command (no permissions required) to broadcast a party member to chat with shiny tag, level, nature (mint info), IV and EV breakdowns with totals, and full stat spread.
• Slots use Cobblemon party numbering (1-6) and the command expects the slot to be occupied; errors from Cobblemon guide players if a slot is empty or out of range.
• Works as a server-side Fabric mod targeting Minecraft 1.21.1 and Cobblemon 1.7.1; clients do not need to install it separately.
