a fire wand that when you right click it shoots fireballs and when you left click it sets whatever you are looking at on fire

fire spell adds a single Fire Wand for lighting things up from a distance.
- Right-click with the Fire Wand to launch a small fireball along your crosshair; it spawns near your eyes and travels forward using the blaze rod model.
- Left-click blocks with the wand to place a flame on the face you hit (when air is available) instead of breaking the block.
- Left-click entities to ignite them briefly; the wand also shows up in the Combat creative tab and can be given with
/give <player> firespell:fire_wand. - Uses vanilla fire behavior and small fireballs, so block damage and ignition behave the same as standard fire sources.
- Known notes: the wand skips lighting when the targeted face has no air to place fire, and clients need the mod/resource pack to see the custom item visuals when connecting to a server.
