The Art of Instinct adds an OP-only /hurricane spawn one command that raises a destructive cyclone at the caster’s position. A hurricane lasts 45 seconds, slowly drifts in a random horizontal direction, climbs roughly 45 blocks high, and spins debris within a ~30-block-wide column.
Nearby breakable blocks are scooped up (bedrock, liquids, unbreakables, block entities, and waterlogged blocks are skipped), removed from the world, and turned into floating block items that can’t be picked up. The debris circles the hurricane core and climbs continuously until the storm ends, at which point remaining debris disappears. Up to three hurricanes can be active per dimension; the command must be run by a player or it will be rejected.
Notes and limitations: blocks without an item form won’t be pulled; containers are intentionally ignored to avoid spilling inventories; removed blocks are not restored after the storm dissipates. Use cautiously in valued builds.
