EchoSMP Mace Tweaks

• Standard maces are craftable only three times server-wide. Each successful craft broadcasts a count (e.g., 2/3) to everyone; further attempts hide the recipe and inform the crafter that the limit was reached.
• A shapeless recipe converts a Dragon Egg + a normal Mace into a Dragon Mace. Dragon Maces broadcast when crafted and carry a persistent marker so the plugin can identify them even if renamed.
• Dragon Mace effects: while held in the main hand it grants +20 hearts (extra max health) and right-clicking triggers a short forward dash with dragon breath visuals and sound. The dash has a brief cooldown to prevent spam.
• Craft/ability data is saved to the plugin config so the three-mace limit and tuning survive restarts. Configurable keys: maceLimit, craftedMaceCount (progress), dashCooldownSeconds, and dashStrength.
• If you hit the three-mace cap, craft one at a time (not shift-click) to claim any remaining allowed maces before the recipe disables itself.
