haboschbabosch F12 showcase plugin
- Added /f12 command (alias /showcase) that throws your held item forward, pops it above your head, then drops it to the ground with particles and sounds. The item used in the animation is a cosmetic copy that despawns after a short delay, so you keep the original in hand.
- Grants experience levels based on a simple rarity pass: +5 for epic gear (netherite items, elytra, trident, enchanted golden apple, totem), +3 for rare items (diamond/emerald items, ancient debris, nether star, enchanted or attribute-modified gear), +2 for uncommon items (iron/golden/copper/redstone/lapis items), and +1 for everything else.
- Usage: hold any item and run /f12. You can bind F12 on your client or with a keybind mod/macro to call /f12 so it feels like a native key press.
- Works on Paper 1.21.10 as a server-side plugin; no resource pack needed.
- Notes/limits: raw F12 key presses are not visible to the server, so the command must be triggered by a keybind or manual use. The drop is visual only and cannot be picked up to avoid duplicating items. Rarity detection is heuristic and may differ from vanilla tooltips.
