Kitsune Shrine Mod

Overview

This mod adds a mysterious Japanese-style shrine that appears near your spawn point. When you interact with the shrine multiple times, it reveals a Kitsune spirit - a magical fox guide that leads you to discover hidden spirit energy. Use this energy to transform into a Kitsune yourself!

Features

• Kitsune Shrine - A mystical shrine that spawns near your first login location
• Kitsune Spirit - A friendly fox spirit entity that appears when you activate the shrine
• Spirit Realm - A mysterious dimension between the mortal and spirit worlds
• Kitsune Transformation - Use Kitsune Essence to transform into a fox spirit
• New Blocks - Spirit Stone and Foxfire Lantern for mystical building

How to Use

1. Find the Shrine - When you first join a world, a shrine will spawn within 100 blocks of you. Look for the glowing structure!
2. Activate the Shrine - Right-click the shrine 3 times to awaken the Kitsune Spirit
3. Follow the Spirit - The Kitsune will guide you toward hidden spirit energy
4. Collect Spirit Orbs - Found throughout the world or obtained from the spirit realm
5. Transform - Right-click while holding Kitsune Essence to transform into a Kitsune for a limited time

Tips & Tricks

• The shrine has a soft glow that's easier to see at night
• When activated, the shrine emits blue soul flames
• Keep Spirit Orbs handy - they're useful for crafting
• Your transformation lasts about 10 minutes, so use it wisely!

Known Limitations

• The Spirit Realm dimension is registered but needs custom world generation
• Kitsune transformation currently provides visual effects only (no special abilities yet)
• Textures are placeholder and will be improved in future updates
