Overview: Bells now act like job sites for wandering traders. When you place a bell near villagers, it instantly turns them into wandering traders who hang around that spot. Use bells to summon traders right where you want them.
Features:
- Placing a bell converts nearby villagers within roughly 10 blocks into wandering traders.
- New traders appear at the bell and wander around it instead of roaming off.
- Traders stay for a long while thanks to an extended despawn timer.
How to Use:
- Get or craft a bell and bring it to a village or any spot with villagers.
- Place the bell; nearby villagers will immediately swap into wandering traders.
- Trade with the new wandering traders right by the bell before they wander away.
Tips & Tricks:
- Drop multiple bells in a big village to create several trader hangouts.
- Place a bell in a safe, lit area so the traders are easy to reach.
Known Limitations:
- If no villagers are close when you place the bell, nothing happens.
- The conversion happens only when the bell is placed; replacing or moving it later won’t re-convert anyone.
