CobblemonBees Helper Mod

Added a helper command suite /cobblebees (alias /cbh) for CobblemonBees players. Subcommands: info (help overview), tip (random bee/Cobblemon-friendly advice), and beescan [radius] (find nearby bee nests/hives with honey level and bee counts).
Bee scanning works for player executors only, clamps radius between 4–48 blocks (default 16), reports up to five closest homes and notes how many are harvest-ready; remaining counts are summarized.
Joining players receive a short welcome reminder pointing them to /cobblebees info.
Metadata updated to mod id cobblemonbeeshelpermod, environment *, and new entrypoint com.cobblemonbees.helper.CobblemonBeesHelperMod.

Notes and limitations

Scans only blocks in the loaded area around the player and iterates the cubic search space; very large radii may take longer.
Only vanilla bee nests and hives are detected; other modded bee blocks are ignored.
Honey readiness uses the standard level 5 threshold; results reflect current block state, not future growth.

✅ Server validation passed - The mod was tested on a real Minecraft server and loaded successfully.
