The mod for the huge eagles from the Lord of the Rings. Adds large eagles that can be tamed and flown after being tamed.

eagles mod adds ridable great eagles inspired by Tolkien.
- New creature: Great Eagle with a custom spawn egg in the Spawn Eggs tab.
- Taming: feed salmon, cod, or rabbit to earn trust; heal them with the same foods.
- Riding: once tamed, right-click while empty-handed to mount. Look up/down to climb or dive; sneak to descend gently. Eagles ignore fall damage while flying you around.
- Survival-friendly stats: high health, solid melee attack, and gentle gliding when not ridden.
Limitations and notes:
- Eagles currently appear via spawn eggs only; no natural spawning or breeding items beyond the taming foods.
- Model uses an upscaled vanilla bird rig with a simple texture; animations mirror chicken-style wingbeats.
