Better Third Person server mod

• Applies an over-the-shoulder third-person camera automatically when a player joins, with increased distance and lateral offset for clearer visibility.
• Settings are per-player and saved between sessions; defaults can be restored from the in-game menu.
• Use /betterthirdperson to open the settings menu with quick buttons for distance/offset adjustments, or provide arguments (distance, offsetx, offsety, offsetz) to set values directly.
• The settings menu shows live values and includes reset/close controls; updates take effect immediately on the active camera.
• If the menu is unavailable in a client build, the command arguments still change and persist camera tuning.
