Drone Mod

Overview

The Drone Mod lets you craft and pilot remote-controlled drones to explore your Minecraft world from the sky! Launch a drone and see through its camera in real time without risking your life exploring dangerous areas.

Features

• Spawnable drone entities that you can control remotely
• Real-time first-person drone camera view
• Full flight controls: forward, backward, strafe left/right, ascend, descend
• Drones can be picked up and reused
• Works in both single-player and multiplayer

How to Use

Getting Started

1. Craft or obtain a Drone item (found in the Tools tab in creative mode)
2. Right-click to deploy the drone in front of you

Controlling the Drone

1. Activate: Look at a deployed drone and press R to take control
2. Move: Use WASD keys to fly forward, backward, and strafe
3. Up/Down: Press Space to ascend, Left Shift to descend
4. Look Around: Move your mouse to control the drone's camera direction
5. Exit: Press Escape to release control of the drone

Picking Up Drones

• When a drone is not active, simply attack it to pick it up

Tips & Tricks

• Drones are great for scouting caves, exploring the Nether, or checking out dangerous structures
• Fly high to get a bird's eye view of your base or find new biomes
• Use drones to safely explore ocean monuments without worrying about drowning or guardians

Known Limitations

• The drone view uses the entity's position but doesn't fully switch your camera to first-person drone view
• Drones have limited range from the player for control purposes
• Multiplayer sync may have slight delays depending on server latency
