Hell Update mod notes

• Turns the Nether into a harsher hellscape: surface blocks get scarred with blackstone, magma, soul soil, and scattered soul/normal fire.
• Procedural jagged spires and iron-bar cages appear around Nether chunks to create mountainous, prison-like terrain.
• A fortified Hell Prison is built around (0, 48, 0) in the Nether; player respawns are forced there after death and they are teleported into the central cell.
• Runs as a client-only Fabric mod targeting Minecraft 1.21.1; gameplay-altering features apply in singleplayer/LAN where the integrated server is present.
• Chunk decorations run the first time a chunk loads per session; revisiting already-touched chunks may slightly retouch surfaces but should not repeatedly rebuild the same structures.
• Prison is intentionally confining; escaping requires breaking blocks or teleportation. Consider adding custom items or keys for roleplay if desired.
