invistab

What it does

• Hides players from the tab list whenever they gain invisibility and shows them again as soon as the effect ends.
• Censors kill feed entries from invisible killers so victims see [CENSORED] instead of the attacker’s name.
• Automatically re-hides currently invisible players on reload and hides them from newly joining players until they become visible again.

Usage

• Simply add the plugin jar to your Paper server plugins folder and start the server.
• Throw a splash or lingering invisibility potion at a player: they will vanish from the tab list until the effect wears off.
• If an invisible player kills someone, the death message will mask their identity.

Notes and limitations

• The plugin uses the standard hide/show API to pull players from the tab list; this also keeps them hidden from view, but the invisibility effect already conceals them.
• Kill messages are simplified to "<victim> was slain by [CENSORED]" when the killer is invisible.

Server Validation

✅ Server validation passed - The mod was tested on a real Minecraft server and loaded successfully.
