- Classic PvP feel for 1.21.1: attack speed is boosted to remove cooldowns, shields are disabled, and right-clicking with a sword grants a brief block window with resistance and slowness like old block-hitting.
- Works on both sides; the server keeps player attack speed high each tick and refreshes the block window while the player is holding a sword.
- Shield use is cancelled with a chat hint so players stick to swords; blocking works from either hand if a sword is held.
- Limitations: the block window is time-based (tap to refresh) and damage reduction is omnidirectional rather than angle-based; disable the mod to restore vanilla shields.
