SpawnerStacks Mod

Overview

SpawnerStacks lets you stack multiple spawner blocks of the same mob type into a single block. When you place spawners of the same type next to each other, they automatically merge into one stacked spawner, saving space while keeping all the spawning power.

Features

• Automatic Stacking: Place spawners of the same mob type on top of each other to combine them into one block
• Visual Counter: See how many spawners are stacked with a floating "x5" (or higher) text above the block
• Smart Breaking: Breaking a stacked spawner drops the entire stack as one item, preserving all your spawners
• NBT Preservation: All spawner data (mob type, spawn delay, etc.) is kept intact when stacking and unstacking

How to Use

1. Placing Spawners: Place a spawner block normally - it starts with a count of 1
2. Stacking: Hold more spawners of the same mob type and right-click on an existing spawner to add to the stack
3. Checking Count: Look at the floating text above the spawner (like "x5") to see how many are stacked
4. Breaking: Mine the stacked spawner with a pickaxe - it will drop all spawners as a single stacked item
5. Re-placing: When you place a stacked spawner item, it will restore the full stack count

Tips & Tricks

• Stack pig spawners with pig spawners, zombie with zombie - different mob types won't stack together
• The stack count is saved in the item when you break it, so you can move stacked spawners around without losing the count
• Great for compact mob farms - fit 64 spawners in the space of 1 block!

Known Limitations

• Currently only supports spawners of the exact same mob entity type stacking together
• The visual counter appears above the spawner at all times when stacked
