Ultimate Enchantments

Server-only mod that removes XP and material barriers for enchanting. Players keep their levels; the mod auto-bumps them to a comfortable amount so every anvil/enchanting-table action is free.
Anvils now merge every enchantment from the right item/book onto the left item with no compatibility checks and no vanilla max-level cap (stored up to 255). Rename for free at the same time.
Enchanting tables always offer high-tier rolls (level 30 or better), the lapis slot is auto-filled, and costs no XP or lapis to use.
All enchantments, including modded ones, stack together—put the target item in the left anvil slot and any enchanted item/book in the right slot to pile them on.

Notes

Enchantment storage uses Minecraft’s 0-255 per-enchantment cap; go beyond vanilla limits freely within that range.
XP never decreases while this mod is present; players effectively have endless levels.
Enchanting-table offers still respect what the table can roll, but the anvil path ignores compatibility entirely, so use the anvil to force unusual combinations.
